We, Spectrum Dimensions for Information Technology, are very keen on trust and credibility in dealing with our customers, as we adhere to sales policies when listing products and at all stages of sale and beyond, which are:

1- Our principle is to pay attention to customers’ trust and credibility, not to put any wrong information about products, and to always be careful about the accuracy in including product details.

2- Product safety is our top priority, it is also the basis of our customers’ trust. Ensuring the safety of the products and their arrival without any damage is one of the important criteria for selling by taking care of the product packaging in a proper way to prevent any damage that may occur during the shipping process.

3- Pay the full amount of the purchase, including value-added tax and any other fees, before delivering the product to the customer.

4- When issuing the sales invoice, the customer hereby acknowledges that he has carefully read and accepted all the terms and conditions referred to above, and also frees the Spectrum Dimensions Corporation for Information Technology from any responsibility of any kind, whether financial or legal, and that after that the customer has no right to claim party Any compensation or claim for any refund.

 

Leasing:

1- The audio and light equipment for celebrations and events shall be rented at the prices stated in the relevant quotation or lease contract, and the notice of commencement of delivery of the equipment shall stipulate that the lessee agrees to these rates or fees without exception or change.

2- The lessee is responsible for unloading and reloading the equipment at the site, unless otherwise stated, and any means provided by the owner to transport such equipment is under the control of the lessee who in turn bears responsibility for any damages that may occur.

3- Delivery and receipt of equipment in good condition (according to inspection reports).

4- The Lessee will indemnify the Owner in respect of any claims made for damages, costs, expenses and losses caused by the Lessee, or in connection with the condition or use of the Equipment or in any manner arising out of its rental of the Equipment under this Contract.

5- All fees related to rental, delivery, insurance and any other fees shall be collected before the start of the rental period.

6- The product must be returned at the end of the rental period or the rental period can be renewed with a new agreement according to the availability and condition of the commodity and according to the customer’s requirements.

 

Return:

1- The product can be returned if it is in the same original condition upon receipt, wrapped in the original packaging, and has not been used within (3) days from the date of purchase. Additional shipping fees are calculated and deducted from the refund amount.

2- The customer has the right to return within (3) days in the event that the specifications do not match and include the main and important points to be aware of, or there is a defect in the product, taking into account what was mentioned in Article (1).

3- After the passage of (3) days from the date of sale, the goods are considered intact and cannot be returned.

 

Substitution:

1- Replacement includes electronic devices if the product is in the same original condition upon receipt, wrapped in the original packaging and has not been used.

2- When replacing spare parts, they must not have been used or installed, and they must be free of any scratches or defects, and they must be in their original condition.

Excluded items that are not allowed to be returned:

Not all electronic and electrical parts are returned and refunded regardless of whether they were installed or not.

 

Maintenance:

Spectrum Dimensions for Information Technology provides its customers with after-sales service on some products in line with the rules and regulations in order to provide the best service to its customers after sales. These obligations are as follows:

1- In the event the warranty period expires and the maintenance center receives the customer’s device, its approval is taken on an initial cost of repair, and this is considered an approval from the customer that the repair is carried out within the limits of this cost without referring to the customer.

2- The repair period may take a maximum of (14) working days from the date of the maintenance request (not including the time required to provide spare parts) if the product is still under warranty, but if the product is out of warranty, the repair period is determined according to the technician report .

And book an appropriate appointment and deliver the product to the maintenance department or service centers approved by Spectrum Dimensions for Information Technology.

 

Warranty:

1- All products are guaranteed (for at least two years) except for accessories and accessories.

2- The customer must adhere to the periodic maintenance of the product or spare parts according to the instructions of the manufacturer or the Spectrum Dimensions Corporation for Information Technology in the maintenance department or the approved centers, and the customer must review the product manual and abide by the instructions in it.

3- Misuse of the product or spare parts and non-compliance with the instructions in the product manual when activating or operating the product or using it for other than the work it was designed for, graduating from warranty and maintenance.

4- Warranty does not apply and is voided when the cause is failure or circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to acts of nature, fire, bad weather, or other human injury and material damage, improper storage or product failure due to misuse.

5- To benefit from the warranty services, please bring the original purchase invoice to match the serial number of the device and to ensure that the warranty period is valid.

6- Warranty and maintenance services provided by Spectrum Dimensions Corporation for Information Technology are our responsibility, and this includes the availability of spare parts, repair time and quality of service, and the customer must communicate directly with us in the event of any complaint or claim.

Malfunctions resulting from:

1- Misuse of the product or non-compliance with the instructions for use in the product manual or the instructions referred to.

2- Breaks, blows, cuts, or exposure of the product to external factors such as liquids, moisture or high heat.

3- Attempts to repair or maintenance operations outside the maintenance center or by centers not approved by us, or using spare parts not approved by us, or tampering with products.

 

Spare Parts:

The warranty period for spare parts is 3 months (except for electronic and electrical parts, which are only operating warranty) from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, provided:

1- The damage should not be the result of misuse or abuse.

2- The damage should not be the result of attempts to incorrectly install the part or its related components, including, for example, incorrect connections and the installation of non-original parts.

 

Delivery and Installation:

1- For the convenience of the customer, Spectrum Dimensions for Information Technology provides installation and delivery service to the customer’s site.

2- The delivery service takes a maximum period of (7) days.

3- Products are deemed to have been delivered in good condition as soon as you or your representative accepts the delivery notice.

4- If the customer desires to keep the product without its packaging box, provided that it is installed at a later date, the customer will be responsible for the safety of the product without the packaging box, and therefore no damages or missing parts (if any) can be claimed and there are fees In order to reschedule the installation team.

 

Cancellation and Refund:

1- Refunds will only be made through the original payment method.

2- For any products that are delivered in defective condition (i.e. they cannot be used by the renter), the rental value of that particular product can be refunded upon the request of the renter and proof of damage to the product.

3- For any reservations that the tenant cancels (48) hours before the delivery date, the reservation fee (25%) will be deducted from the value of the order before refunding the amount.

4- For any cancellations made after (72) hours of receiving the product, no refunds will be given.

 

Amendment to Terms and Conditions:

Spectrum Dimensions Corporation for Information Technology has the absolute right at any time to amend the terms and conditions of the website without prior notice or warning.
